Project bio and what we did

It was never about the event. It was about what happens to them after.

Project Shutdown began with two phone calls: one to a man who makes films, one to a man the young people already believed in. Invited to give a keynote at Wandsworth Town Hall, TSP chose to share the platform, and three organisations pooled their resources to deliver one shared day: TRY42, TSP and Croydon Calisthenics.

The real challenge was never attendance. It was making a room full of decision makers care about youth empowerment and understand it through the team's own lens. The day was documented as it happened and is now being cut as a vertical series, one 9:16 episode at a time, tracing the doors that opened, the ones that did not, and what the young people involved did next.

The series releases in October 2026. Impact figures are deliberately held back until the final episode.
