Cali
The brief
A raw, poetic visual journal following a young man through cannabis culture in the UK.
Part psychological investigation, part street-level document. Cali sits with addiction, identity, calisthenics and faith without resolving them into a lesson, and lets the contradictions stay on screen.
It was built as a movement rather than a release. The film screened first for the communities it came from, then in youth and cultural settings, and has not stopped travelling since.
